The Rochester Mile is part of a one-day event combining amateur & professional cycling races AND amateur & professional 1-mile running races. Sounds like a lot to pack into one day – and it is!
These races will be on the same course that the cyclists use with the highlight of the evening being the Elite Women’s race (with a purse of $5000) and an Elite Men’s race (also with a purse of $5000). Come see some of the fastest runners in the Northeast compete on the streets of the City of Rochester!
To watch some of the nation’s best athletes on our own Rochester streets is incredible, so make a day of it and don’t miss a second of the action! It’s free for spectators to attend (no admission price), there’s a beer and beverage garden and food trucks galore! Round it out with an incredible sound system and the world’s finest professional announcers…it can’t be beat!
